Kia Ora Max,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey, it is awesome to see your first post of the summer and I look forward to seeing more as you continue blogging!
I really enjoyed this haiku activity as I love to read poetry and I think haikus are a very fun form of poetry with their syllable rules and simplicity. Your haiku is well written, you followed the 5, 7, 5 syllable rule perfectly and I like the ocean theme, definitely relates to summer and all the time everyone spends at the beach. Do you go to the beach often over summer?
Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.
Ngā mihi nui,
Zana Yates
